General manager Ike is rude! I'm glad I canceled my membership when I did. Unfortunately I won't be going back again. The ladies up front and Sage is fantastic, the only reason I gave more than a 1 star.
Edited: Massage Envy reached out to me to let me know that they are back to answering their phones wahoo!!! The Kyle location has been my go-to spot for years! The front desk staff and massage therapists are always AMAZING! However, at some point during COVID, the owners decided to outsource all scheduling services to other countries. Gave a gift certificate for a massage at this location. It was probably the worst gift to give to anyone. My friend went in for a massage and was given a bad treatment the moment she realized he was struggling understanding her since english is his second language. They had him go through a questionnaire and were hellbent into selling him a membership. It was the worst experience he’s ever had and I feel so sorry for ever gifting him that. This is not a safe space for everyone.
Horrible experience I had here. I clearly asked for firm massage for which they agreed to. Upon spending an hour, I came out with headache. They charged me more than it supposed to. Top of it, manager said “You don’t want to tip the therapist”. Had a feather like pressure though repeatedly asked for. If you guys truly want to waste your money, visit this place. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I will never ever visit this place anymore.
