Leah was amazing she was really knowledgeable asking question on what I needed she was really engage in making me feel better. I would highly recommend her for her deep tissue massages. Well spend money.
I was charge for an appointment I’ve never set up. I was charge $80 from my banking account. I spoke to the person at the desk and let her know that it was not showing on my calendar and my phone was also not showing a call from them or any voicemails. She stated that they had to go on what their scheduled appointment showed. They did not try to work with me. General manager Ike is rude! I'm glad I canceled my membership when I did. Unfortunately I won't be going back again. The ladies up front and Sage is fantastic, the only reason I gave more than a 1 star.
Edited: Massage Envy reached out to me to let me know that they are back to answering their phones wahoo!!! The Kyle location has been my go-to spot for years! The front desk staff and massage therapists are always AMAZING! However, at some point during COVID, the owners decided to outsource all scheduling services to other countries. Unfortunately, this change has significantly limited the assistance they can provide, and they refuse to transfer calls directly to the location.
