Andreas needs to be fired. I had a 90 min massage scheduled starting at 1130am. He came to get me at 1145. Ended my massage at 1220. He said my energy was too high and making his job more difficult. I came there to relax and he did nothing but complain that I was too tense throughout the time that I was there.
This location in merrick is the worst never can get in contact with a manger. They never call back i need to cancel my membership. and not get charged never can get any one to help.
I don’t usually write reviews. Nine times out of 10 when there’s an issue no one takes care of it lol. This one is not an issue. This one is a compliment. Massages are good! Very relaxing and the massage therapist is sweet. Also the front desk associate Sierra is very nice. She is kind and very helpful. If customer service had a gold medal, she’d already have two 🥰
I’ve had massages before but my 60min massage with Yasmin has been the best one. She moved my body to massage muscles i didn’t even know needed it. I wish I could afford to see her regularly
horrible trying to freeze my account can never get a manager, no one calls back then they keep charging me.
