Lovely service, clean acrylic work!
Booked a 60min facial and there must have been a promo running because it was $80. It was okay. Would not go there for their regularly priced 60min facial for $130, I’d rather pay more and go into the city. That said, I was in on time and out &the door of the location, even paying with 5+ minutes left (my appt was for 11am and walking to my car at 11:55), so clearly ended earlier than the 60 minutes. Massage Envy is a joke, such high prices and expectations monthly but a complete joke with their own service. Appointments are impossible to come by and when you make an appointment 2 months ahead and show up they tell you it doesn’t exist even after you have a text message from them on your phone and your confirmation following it!! What was their excuse they had none!! Wow not even a way to fix the debacle! They will call me tomorrow well that doesn’t help me today when I arranged my life for it!!
