Overall the staff is nice but the massage therapist named "Andreas" has a horrible attitude problem. He probably thinks he is the best masseuse in the world which he's not. Needs to learn that he is in the service business and to leave his attitude at home if he's having a bad day. You are allowed to have a bad day but no need to give unnecessary attitude. He also cuts into the your massage time for him being late! Just horrible. Management should definitely take note of his unprofessionalism and lack of customer service.
I booked a 90 minute prenatal massage. I got there at 2:30. By the time they finish checking me in and I undressed to get on the bed, It was roughly 2:45. My massage was done by 3:45. I questioned how come it did not last 90 minutes. I was told That they deduct time for checking in, getting undressed and then getting dressed again. I think that is extremely deceiving. The staff are great. Manager is great but gets alot of unnecessary verbal abuse. Can't please everyone as much as they try .
