It was my first time here at Massage Envy and I had a good experience at first. I felt comfortable and my aesthetician seemed nice. Once she got started and after talking to her for a bit, she was a little rude. At one point I had a face mask on me for about 20 minutes at least it felt 20 minutes while I heard her tapping on her phone behind me. It was very weird.
