It was my first time here at Massage Envy and I had a good experience at first. I felt comfortable and my aesthetician seemed nice. Once she got started and after talking to her for a bit, she was a little rude. At one point I had a face mask on me for about 20 minutes at least it felt 20 minutes while I heard her tapping on her phone behind me. It was very weird. Lovely service, clean acrylic work!
Booked a 60min facial and there must have been a promo running because it was $80. It was okay. Would not go there for their regularly priced 60min facial for $130, I’d rather pay more and go into the city. That said, I was in on time and out &the door of the location, even paying with 5+ minutes left (my appt was for 11am and walking to my car at 11:55), so clearly ended earlier than the 60 minutes.
