I scheduled my massage appointment a week in advance, and I got a call 24 hours before my appointment that it has been cancelled because the therapist I booked with is no longer available. When I called back to reschedule, the receptionist could only offer me appointments 2 weeks out, which was never going to work for my schedule and defeated the whole purpose of me booking an appointment a week ahead in the first place. This location is very nice and the ambiance is great. Xavier is who you want to book with for a massage for sure!

You have to know the good massage therapists there before you make an appointment. They have one that's excellent. A few others are good for a relaxing massage. I go for chronic pain and find that only one therapist actually helps. There are a few I won't go to again.
The therapists and esthetician were great as well as the office staff. The only complaint is it corporate management doesn’t hire enough staff and all they want are new clients to sign up.
