I scheduled my massage appointment a week in advance, and I got a call 24 hours before my appointment that it has been cancelled because the therapist I booked with is no longer available. When I called back to reschedule, the receptionist could only offer me appointments 2 weeks out, which was never going to work for my schedule and defeated the whole purpose of me booking an appointment a week ahead in the first place.
