Have have been trying to cancel my subscription for 12 months they refuse. I was at the end of my term and then just got charged again for the 13th month. Absolutely horrible place.
I called to cancel my membership and told me I couldn't cancel my membership by assistant manager. I asked for manager and this so called assistant manager said we'll even if you talk to manager you still can't cancel. You signed a contract lol... Then she said you can pay last 2 months remaining to cancel membership.... this place is awful

Cancelled in May 2025 - still charged months later. Massage Envy Terre Haute continued charging me $350 after I asked to cancel my membership on May 14. I followed up on August 2 and was told the “notes on my file are a mess” and the manager would fix it. By August 7, I’d been charged yet again. Multiple requests to stop billing have been ignored. Highly concerning practices — proceed with caution.
They do an excellent job of customizing my massage each time I go! Highly recommend!
