I needed a relaxing day. I thought a massage should help, but life happens, I had to reschedule and they were very accommodating! I finally came in, they ask you lots of questions to know you and your target areas. Unlike other places, Massage Envy actually cares about you. Me and my daughter both had a massage and they both were very good, however all the questions at the consultation when we got there I felt were very un needed, have us fill out a medical questionnaire. Also the sales pressure and the end of the massage appointment totally ruined it! I would consider going back but not with the high pressure sales at the end
Impossible to cancel a membership. My wife has tried to cancel for over a month and can't because only certain people can cancel memberships Response to owner's comment: You have either been calling the wrong number or not calling her at all because she hasn't received a call. She shouldn't have to talk with someone special just to cancel a membership
I bought my boyfriend a $100 gift card to get a massage for Christmas. He said the massage was wonderful, but after the massage, he was pressured into sitting down and talking to someone regarding a monthly membership, like it was some sort of sales gimmick.
