I got a massage and facial for a little self-care on my birthday. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and scheduling was easy. I've been to a few Massage Envy locations and this one was definitely a good atmosphere. The massage was... odd. It wasn't as relaxing, so if you prefer a quiet massage, you should mention it when scheduling (I wish I did). The conversation with my masseuse became uncomfortably inappropriate. This is a mixed review because the massage therapists, Natalie and Stefanie, are absolutely top-tier in my book. Unfortunately, poor management can ruin an otherwise great experience. I’ve been a member at this location for about three years and was a member at the Buckhead location for many years before that.
