I got a gift card for massage envy for Mother’s Day last year. I made my appointment last week for today over the phone. The person who helped me was sweet and helpful but never told me that if I cancel my appointment the same day that I would be charged for the entire visit. I work in healthcare and had to go into work. So know I’m out $75 for a massage.
