I have had both Monqiue for massage, and McKenna for facials. Both are amazing, and I would highly recommend booking them for your next appointment. In my opinion, Massage Envy provided the most competitive prices in the area. You will not get bang for your buck anywhere else in the area. I would skip ComFOOT Spa down the street and come to Massage Envy. Clean location, great service, and nothing but relaxation!!
The woman who answers the phone is horribly rude. She is unwilling to determine if specials online will be honored at this location. She tries to sell services I said I was not interested in and told me I could not use a $200 gift card at this location. She even told me to go to San Jose. I’m confused by our interaction, but then again maybe it’s her because she mentioned she “just has had really bad experience with phone calls today. No one is happy”. I asked for the owner’s information and she refused to provide it.
