Follow-up 2: Just tried to report them to Better Business Bureau and the BBB doesn't even recognize them as a business. Why am I not surprised. Follow-up: They continued to charge me a monthly fee for massages; so yesterday I called to see how many massages I had due. They said 2.5; so I made an appt at the Sanford ME.
