Follow-up 2: Just tried to report them to Better Business Bureau and the BBB doesn't even recognize them as a business. Why am I not surprised. I booked a facial for my mom’s birthday. She said the facial was okay, but she wished there had been more of a friendly interaction like a pampered feel instead of a basic walk in experience.
Hands down (pun intended) Lindsay is the best massage therapist I have ever had. I debated leaving a review because she’s always booked solid as it is, but I just know it will make her day and she will make some else feel better who also needs the relief. I’ve worked in the spa industry myself for over 17 years and have never had a consistently therapeutic massage before seeing Lindsay. Made an appointment online for noon for a facial, then received a call saying that the esthetician need to eat lunch then and asked if I could come at 3pm. I said okay, fine. I arrived a few minutes before my 3pm appointment and waited. The esthetician came out and said it would be two more minutes, I waited again.
