I’m such a fan of the DeLand Massage Envy staff and therapists that I am happy to drive the extra miles even though I have a location closer to my home. Th DeLand location is very clean, and I always feel relaxed. The Business Manager is lovely. She is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely friendly. The front desk staff have always been friendly, kind, and helpful. Danielle and Caitlin are AMAZING massage therapists whom I highly recommend.
I had a massage with Danielle and to start with "She is as good as everyone says she is"! I've experienced quite a few massage in my day and Danielle ensured to check in with me to ensure I was receiving the pressure and experience I want. I would highly recommend trying a session with her to help relieve any tension you have, you WON'T REGRET IT!
I GOT NOTHING!!! I was scheduled to see Danielle. I was TOLD "SHE WAS THE BEST."...NOT!! I got the worst inadequate massage from that I've ever had. This place does not provide customers with services they state. Danielle did absolutely nothing for me. Although I had asked her to focus on a specific area, she just moved her fingers across the area. She had so much oil on me, it took days to wash it off.
