Staff is friendly and very helpful.
It has been a few months since I’ve had a massage there but have always had a pleasant, relaxing experience with their therapists. I wanted to just thank one of their associates, Alana, for exceptional service this morning when I called. I’m in the process of moving out of state and from start to finish, she patiently answered all of my questions on cancelling versus freezing my membership, and guided me on what the best options were to continue service once we relocate. Thank you for all of the help this morning!
Soren was amazing. He was kind and respectful. He took away all of my shoulder and neck pain. My back felt much better too.
Another great experience, from Ms. Ki’yona at the entrance to the fabulous Bryanne working her magic and sharing her knowledge. Thank you, very happy customer here. See you next time.
Taylor is a facial master, and the GM Ki Yona made me feel right at home as soon as I walked through the door. I’ll definitely be back!
