Not a bad therapist here! Staff is amazing!
ALICIA has horrible customer service. Dont get me wrong, brandi is an amazing massage therapist, and Kat gives amazing facials. the normal front desk associates are pretty good. but when you're ready to cancel is when all hell breaks loose. We emailed them our cancelation forms, and alicia is the lady we dealt with over email. they blamed us multiple times saying "we didnt send them to the correct email" as we are actively emailing and replying to the exact same email where our cancellation forms were sent. they claimed we "... read more
Better than guacamole! Yep, the frequent fliers club in NYC had a make-to-order guacamole bar, which was great. Better, a massage from Lisa in that same time and place. Well, I can't change NYC, but after that airline flight, a session with Lisa was ideal. She has a great technique, I highly recommend!
Yaniel was incredible ! Best massage of my life. Perfect pressure and soo relaxing. Can’t wait to book with him again!
