I had Excellent service at the Massage Envy in Brooksville. I had an Absolutely great therapist for a deep tissue massage and the office staff and management was very professional and knowledgeable. Terrific experience 👍
I previously had a review about difficulty in getting appointments but I realized that 60 minute massages are easier to book. Also, the branch manager is very approachable and excellent at addressing comments and issues. She booked me 90 minute sessions with therapists she thought I’d like and her recommendations were on point!
Their service depends on the therapists. There is one therapist that doesn’t stop talking. I have a membership and a busy schedule. I can rarely find appointments. I would not suggest a membership here but I would recommend this place for your occasional massage
I love everything about the Brooksville Massage Envy. I have been to at least 5 other Massage Envy locations in other states and none compare to the Brooksville location. The front desk staff are exceptional. Samara in particular is always helpful, polite and efficient at her job. I don't even want to share the name of the fabulous massage therapist I see as I don't want him to be more difficult to get into, but I have to mention Jason. The Ocala location was closed for repairs and as a result, I drove to Brooksville for a 60 min massage with Michael on 5/17/25. Even though I answered all the questions prior to the session and pointed out my scoliosis and arthritis he did not maintain the medium pressure I had asked for at all. And all throughout the entire session I had to continuously pause and ask him to please apply more pressure because I could not feel a thing.
