Received a gift card for mother's Day. All of the staff were super friendly. I saw Natasha for my massage and Natalie for my facial. They both did a wonderful job and I was excited to return in the future... until I went to check out. Although friendly, the staff at the front desk were very pushy about me rescheduling appointments right then and there and upgrading to their monthly membership package stating I'd save money. I absolutely love this place!! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me set up appointments and such. They have a wide variety of masseuses with all different specialties but I ABSOLUTELY LOVED Casey!! She was amazing I would recommend her to everyone!! She was so courteous and helpful and she helped me relax and it was probably the best massage I've had yet.
This place is a little commercial. Other than the actual massage, everything else is crap. Scheduling, keep appointments, and interactions suck.
Staff was in a rush. I was just another number to them. Wasn’t a good experience. I’ve had hour long massages that felt like they lasted over an hour in time because of how well the masseuse did. This one felt like 20 mins, I left in the same amount of pain, just felt worse because of the money I spent for nothing. Felt more like I just got lotion rubbed all over me for $140… I’ve had better massages from my partner from home. Very disappointed. Won’t be back.
