I took my BFF, Remi, to her appointment at Massage Envy. It was actually a Christmas gift card from a relative. (GREAT gift, by the way!). I used Google Maps to view the actual location. Very helpful, found a way to eliminate some U-turns on the busy streets. The staff and other customers were very polite. It was like a calming feeling when you entered. Afterwards, my friend was glad I drove so she could continue to relax. A Massage Envy gift card will be on my Christmas list!
My recent experiences at your locations in Central Florida, specifically the Altamonte and Lake Mary offices. Unfortunately, my visits have consistently been disappointing due to a combination of poor service and a lack of professionalism.
