Shayla is wonderful
Kayela tailored the massage according to where I was hurting. When I left I felt 100% better. 10/10 recommend
My massage was amazing by Shayla, she listened to me and provided a great massage. However, I did not favor the pre massage intake. The clerk at the front asked me about my medical history and what body parts I did not want touched during my massage. This was done very loudly. Normally when I attend a spa this is done in private while in the suite room not in front of everyone in the waiting area. Some people may not want this done in front of people for privacy. Overall, 4/5 stars
I have had a membership for over one year and am now trying to cancel. I have been emailing and calling since April 8. Prior to that the services offered were not available on the days I was off during the week. At this point I have lost money. If I could give a negative star I would.
