I was called and told that I was late for my appointment, but I was not given the option to come in and use the remaining time of my scheduled appointment. Instead, I was simply told that I would need to pay for the appointment. What was even more disappointing was the way the manager handled the phone conversation. This is my favorite location! The front desk staff is very kind and helpful. I have used two therapists multiple times here and both were phenomenal. I like to book with Leah for an all over relaxation massage. Yoli gives a killer deep tissue massage!

We did a couples massage and had Leah and MelYann, they were quick to get us in and did an amazing job! Leah kept constant skin contact and smooth transitions when having to move my hair or the sheet, perfect pressure through the massage. The foot and hand massage were my favorite but all of it was perfection! My finance had MelYann and he was very happy with her pressure throughout the massage and he even commented on her hand massage as well 🤯 We were considering canceling our membership due to some other bad experiences ... read more

I got the year long package with massage envy and MelYann was the best masseuse I’ve ever had from this company. The time flew by because she was so precise about where to focus on. Edit: I also want to add Pheobe to the list of excellent masseuses at this location.
