Elements massage Belmont is a great alternative to this very low quality clinic as is the case in many badly managed massage envy franchises neglected by its owners for it now staffs ORESLY JOSEPH“Joe” as one of its newest healers Joe was taken of the schedule since before last Christmas by sketchy current management team of saugus and Medford envy lead by Maria Bono for no other reason but simple to practice her false sense of authority over others But may her god bless her and continue to heal her

Really disappointed in this whole experience. My massage got cut 15 mins short, therapist was very annoyed to be there and just made whole experience weird. Don’t pay for any add ons because it’s totally not worth it. Way overpriced in terms of quality and customer service. I requested to speak with someone and it’s been days after and still no response. I can guarantee I won’t ever be back to this location.
I went to this location because Helen was the only masseuse around who did all pressures. I had a gift card I left at home, the lady at the front informed me that Helen said I could go get the GC but she’d take 10 mins off my massage. I had a tough week and wanted my full 60 minutes so I told her I’ll just come back another time to use the GC.
