have been a paying/subscribing member and also buying their products for more then 8 years now. A dedicated member who always pays on time. These last four or so months have been bad for me medically and multiple deaths in the family. Now they wont reinstate my 20 plus credits and would have to start new. I have NEVER experienced someone being so rude to the extent she called me ignorant on the phone. I recently cancelled my membership at the Tinley Park location and needed to speak to them regarding hours on my account. Danielle answered the phone kept talking over me, cutting me off and being rude as I was talking. I know in customer service rolls we have to deal with all kinds of people, but NEVER have I seen behavior like I did today.
