Bri is AMAZING! Seriously! I was thinking of canceling because I felt like I never got long-term results with my face. Not only did bri do a great facial, she was SO knowledgeable & sent me home with a routine & products that are cost friendly that is for my skin. I actually know what toner is now! She not only does that but she also makes you feel very comfortable I not only left with a glowing face but also knowledge.
I was supposed to be signed up for a membership and I called to cancel in January and again in February. The issue of the cancellation was resolved however the way that Kayla, one of the managers, spoke to me was not resolved. She raised her voice at me and was very rude as I was trying to discuss the membership with her. I had never been spoken to by a manager in that way before.
