I originally had a very poor experience with Lora. I would highly recommend against her when choosing who will massage you. This is my first time being pregnant and having prenatal massages. I was able to leave feedback and massage envy handled that feedback with great care and went above and beyond to correct it. They got me to a different therapist shortly after, Haley, and I had an amazing experience.
