Katy, the manager of this establishment is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever witnessed in a place of work. She is racist and unfair to her workers and holds certain employees to lower standards than others, as well as treats customers with the most displeasing attitude. Whoever hired this woman deserves to be fired themselves, she should not be managing anyone or anything
I've been a member since June 2020 - very new! It's impossible to schedule because they NEVER answer the phone and never ever return calls, like ever! When you can get ahold of someone they blame their Vonyage phone service, they blame me for leaving a wrong phone number on my message (like, really?!), they blame a system error, they say they called me back but I checked my call log and nothing, so they lie too, not a good look for a business!
