Extremely professional and clean. I've never had a negative experience here, especially as far as massage facilities can go. Bathrooms always appear just-cleaned, waiting area is always welcoming and stocked with mints, water, and tea, and front staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

Where to start. First off, I'm highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and manner in which my massage was done by Mason. During my awkward massage with this inexperienced therapist, I asked how long he's been licensed. He stated 2 years. I looked up his license 3/1/23 ring a bell?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! The staff is very friendly. I go every two weeks for a massage. The team is knowledgeable and it is reasonably priced.
Took a half day off from work, got to my appointment 15 min early as asked to do the paperwork. Front desk team were very nice, taken back to the waiting room. Watched as others were taken back. After waiting for 15 minutes I’m told the therapist was not coming in and had an emergency. I get things happen. But what I am not okay with is nothing was said before when I arrived.
