AVOID Massage envy in South Portland. Front desk and management—and owner, apparently—are rude, combative, hostile, and don’t honor membership. They seem to be able to do so without fear of corporate reprisals, so they continue to tarnish the Massage Envy name. Their behavior is so appalling that I am far too uncomfortable to set foot in there again. They have an F rating from the BBB and two stars on Yelp.
