(Changed my rating from 1 star to 3) I called to see if I could push back my appointment but ME wanted to charge me for doing so. Considering I recently had a therapist cancel on me, without penalty to him, a few weeks ago, I was not happy and was about to cancel my membership. About 20 minutes later, the #MassageEnvy folks called back and said they would accommodate my request without the extra charge. My experiences are always awesome. This last one takes the cake! I suffer from sinusitis and seasonal allergies. She gave me a face massage and cleared me right up. The front office receptionist recommended a diffuser to help with breathing easier. It works! Amazing!
