It’s frustrating to be a member and be unable to schedule appointments or when you do Have an appt scheduled they call to let you know the therapist won’t be in! I’ve had my membership 6 months and only been to 2 massages due to this!

My husband purchased me a gift card for Christmas and I had a facial and massage all in the same day. It was wonderful and as previous reviews stated Carmen is fantastic. I was so happy when I checked out I purchased a membership. The girls at the front desk were also all very sweet.
I have an upcoming appointment and they charged my credit card almost 2 weeks before the appointment. That was the earliest appointment I could get. It has been my experience that this location says a lot of things to get you to commit to a contract but does nothing for you after you sign up. I will file a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture. They can deal with the Govt. agency that regulates licensing.

My mom and I went today for massages and facials. The therapists and esthetician were all fabulous! And the ladies at the front desk are all so friendly. The only suggestion I have is they need chairs in the lobby. The sweet girl offered my mom (who is elderly) her chair behind the desk so she could sit down while filling out her information. I do not live in the Jacksonville area, but will definitely come back when I’m in town again. Highly recommend!
