Absolutely unacceptable experience with Massage Envy (4375 Southside Blvd #10, Jacksonville, FL 32216). I canceled twice within the allowed timeframe and I’m STILL being charged. Their contract feels like a complete scam designed to keep billing you no matter what. Customer service has been useless—no accountability, no resolution, just continued charges.
