I definitely dodged a bullet with this place, These people only care about money, and want to push memberships and I heard that they will Fire you if you don't sell so many memberships and will not take peoples no for an answer. You cannot force people to buy things they dont want. Oh and Lindsey, thank you for discriminating me because of the way I look. You shouldnt feel threatened by another woman. I went in today for a prenatal massage and clearly stated during check-in that I wanted a full body massage. The front desk specifically asked if I was comfortable having my chest, head, scalp, and glutes massaged—I confirmed yes. Unfortunately, the massage was extremely disappointing and did not match what was discussed. the girl at the reception gave me wrong information about the payment! i had a gift card and a coupon for $20, she refused to use the coupon
My session started at 1:10 and ended at 1:51. And the service was just ok. I’ve tried many other massage envy locations, but this one deals needs some management. I do not recommend this location as they do not provide you with the value of your service completely.
Tammera was great! 90 minute relaxing massage and I felt so much better after.
