the girl at the reception gave me wrong information about the payment! i had a gift card and a coupon for $20, she refused to use the coupon
My session started at 1:10 and ended at 1:51. And the service was just ok. I’ve tried many other massage envy locations, but this one deals needs some management. I do not recommend this location as they do not provide you with the value of your service completely.
Tammera was great! 90 minute relaxing massage and I felt so much better after.
I submitted a formal complaint on the company website which said I would be contacted within 48 hours to address any issues. It has been 5 days and I have not heard from anyone. Here are my issues: 1) The person at the front desk reviewed my health questionnaire verbally in the public lobby for other people to hear. This is a violation of patient privacy laws. Tanya is the reason I go to the Wheaton location. My whole family sees her. Every on finds her technique amazing and therapeutic. She has fixed problems that I have done weeks of physical therapy for with no improvement.
