This place has sadly become a terrible place of business! I have been a member for years, and am now unable to book an appointment unless I plan for 3 months out! I understand they are having staffing issues, as two of my therapists left for better paying jobs. It's ridiculous to be paying for a monthly membership when you can't get even one treatment scheduled, so I've been trying to cancel over the last month and they are not returning my calls!! My favorite place for massages or facials
I have been a member 10 plus years and can not wait until I use all my credits, which is nearly impossible. Not only did they have the nerve to charge during the lockdowns now members can not even get a massage scheduled. Kind of defeats the purpose. The company is unyielding about refunding our credits due to lack of appointments. Not to mention they closed locations on the Portland Westside.
I have enjoyed my massages so far. I've had massages from 3 people over the last 4 months. I have noticed the massage times do vary somewhat because of the room prep & clean. My biggest irritation is contacting them by phone to cancel or change appointment times. It's very difficult to reach this location. The website allows you to schedule but it will not allow a change or cancellation. Good luck on that.
Larry did a great job with my massage. I was so tense when I got there, but very relaxed when I left!
Very hard to get appointments! They don’t have enough staff to adequately provide services offered! Wouldn’t recommend wasting your money on memberships you can’t use every month!!
I had a great experience during my services. The customer service is impeccable. I can’t wait until my next service at this wonderful establishment.
waited two weeks for a Saturday morning appointmentthey left me alone in the back room for half an hour before finally entering to state their staff was not there or answering the phone. they offered to have the manager call me it make it right, as expected that never happened.
