I had a migraine for about 20 days on and off and was in such pain when I walked into Carrie’s office. She was so very kind, so professional yet personable, and so incredibly skilled at what she does. She knew exactly what I needed, and within 1 hour, made my 20 day migraine (and knots) disappear. What a relief - amazing

I moved to Jacksonville 2 years ago and have been looking for a therapeutic massage therapist but have been unable to find one A friend recommended Carrie and I couldn't have been more pleased. I have chronic neck and back pain. After Carrie's targeted deep tissue approach, in her relaxing atmosphere, I felt significantly better after 1 visit. I've already booked my husband for a massage and myself for a return visit !
