I had an excellent massage with Christine. She used moderate pressure which was about right for me. Automatically she identified the muscles in my back and gave them extra focus. I had been on and off the heating pad for a couple of weeks prior to my massage due to back pain. That is over. Since my massage a week ago, I can continue with my normal life with no back pain at all.
