Matt was very helpful annd knowledgable, he asked all the right questions about our aches & pains. Demonstrated and then guided us on how to work the muscle areas.
It really was my first time for Yoga. it was a private session this time. Nicole listened to me explain my health issues and goals. I felt she refined the poses for me, where it benefited me. I didn't feel pressured to perform a move that was impossible or I was not ready for.
