Although the building appears very humble from the outside, the therapists inside have great skill and interest in helping people feel real relief from chronic pain, tension causing headaches and migraines, and overall soreness from old or new injuries that have led to physical limitations. Great experience with massage central. Mandy focused on my known problem areas and found a few more I was unaware of. Had some great tips and suggestions on some easy things I can do and things to be aware of to help keep me loose.
