Whoever is handling scheduling massages is really uninformed about scheduling and massages... I think she needs more training. Definitely made me question whether I trust the service as she didn't know what a deep tissue massage was or if the therapist could do it.
When I arrived, I had to pay up front which wasnt a big deal except I didnt have cash for a tip. I tipped up front, over 20 percent. I got my message and while it was okay, it wasnt the best I had ever gotten, not by far. The massage therapist was on her phone texting for more than half the message. While training for some long distance (okay, long for me) runs, I found that my calf muscles got really tight. The Massage Center of Hudson specializes in sports massage and trigger point massage. JUST WHAT I NEEDED! Thanks. They have a great place on the 2nd floor of LifeCenter Plus.
