I don't usually give 5 stars for anything, so there's nothing bad that caused me to give 4 stars. If you are visiting Teresa because of a pain or medical issue like I was, the more you can explain what's going on ahead of time and the more you can communicate any discomfort during the massage, the better she can adjust what she's doing to achieve your goals. As for skills, Teresa was using the same techniques my physical therapist was using, and she was just as skilled at it.

I had not had a massage in about 7 months. Teresa was polite, professional, and really wanted me to get the most out of the 60 minute massage I had schedule. She communicated well and made sure I was always comfortable. Her pressure was good, as was her technique. I will be back for sure.

It has been 6 months since I have been able to go for a massage. Life has been too busy and I have not taken time to take care of myself. My back became increasingly sore. I was not able to sit comfortably for more than a couple of hours. Yard work was excruciating. I had a massage yesterday. Teresa has the strongest hands. She was able to work out those sore, tight muscles. I feel like a new person. I am definitely going to stay on track with my monthly massage from now on!
