On my neck and my lumbar & hip area, Soma's pressure point and fascial work were masterful. I could feel my body relax. Today, after having the massage yesterday evening, my neck and hips feel more flexible and mobile and my body has a certain good energy in it that I associate with the massage.
Amazing!!! I’ve had a lot of massages in my life and Soma is top notch one of the best. She’s very intuitive and doesn’t just follow a routine but actually listens to your body and what it needs. I’m disabled and I have a lot of scar tissue from surgeries and she’s amazingly skilled at breaking it up. Life is much better with Soma’s touch! I feel blessed to be able to work with her.
If you carry a lot of tension in the muscles of your body and do a lot of sitting for your job, Soma will find all those places and release all the stiffness and tension you didn't even know you had. She vibes with your mood to, if you want to talk or don't, either is fine.
Soma is great. She really listens to what you need and she is very knowledgeable about muscles and pain.
