I’ve gone twice now and it was a mix between a torture session and the best thing you can ever do for yourself ;-) Simon uses unique techniques to massage, stretch and push pressure points. I have back and neck tension that most massages fail to improve but Simon managed to get rid of a lot of tension. I left feeling taller and lighter!
