I'm leaving a 2 star review for now just because the process for a new person is, non-existent. Request a booking from am available slot on the website and... Nothing. You get no confirmation text with more details, text and call goes unanswered. If you show up for the booked time you have no instructions for how to contact to be let up... The process for new customers needs improvement and if I manage to get through to Rusty and get in for an actual appointment I'll give an update. Very unprofessional experience. I reached out to this massage therapist multiple times—first via text, then through the online chat on his website—and received no response at all. It seems like he only works on weekends, even though his Google listing clearly says he’s open on weekdays from 10 a.m. That’s a big red flag. I don’t recommend working with someone who can’t even return a message.
