Personally best massage therapist I have met ! Takes the time to evaluate what my body is experiencing whether it’s recovery from hurt or desiring better posture for myself and greater health!
Best sports massage therapist I've been to! As someone who's very active, regular massages don't do it for me. Garland is an expert when it comes to getting out all the knots and stiffness that come from both exercise and sitting in an office all day. He's also been a part of recovering from an injury (in additional to physical therapy) and helps with pain management. Highly recommend going monthly or bi-monthly for his 60-minute as it's a great reset and worth the cost.
I was dealing with postural issues and really tight muscles from sitting at a desk all day, and 90 minutes with Garland made a world of difference! Can't wait to go back!
After a surf injury on my rib and neck/shoulder pain from overuse, I really needed more than just a "relaxing" massage.
