I have had 2 massages by Melynda in the past year. Both times she was pleasant and very nice to talk to. This review score is not to criticize her massage itself, but more the availability to schedule one. I have only had two because my appointments keep getting cancelled. First, a broken water pipe in the building. Then, faulty AC not working in the summer. Melynda was great- while scheduling through the website was a little tricky, once the appointment was booked it was a breeze. I got constant text updates/notifications and after some quick online paperwork everything was good to go. Melynda is very professional and friendly, and the massage was incredible.
Negative Stars. Melynda was very unprofessional. She claimed that I did not complete paperwork, which I did. Rather than contacting me if there was an issue, she cancelled my appointment 1 hour before the scheduled service. I did not get the text message until I showed up at the office and thought it must have been sent my mistake. When I arrived at the office, the door was locked, with a closed sign posted. she doesn't have professionalism.
The therapist attempted to lecture me on not reading the documentation. I didn't "stay in my car and wait for her at the elevators". I mistakenly came upstairs. As she opens the bathroom door to allow me to wash my hands she says. "How do you sign a document and not read it?" I didn't answer, but went in to wash my hands.
