The only reason I'm giving Lori a 1 is bc we had an appt scheduled and she cancelled. I called twice and sent two text asking when we could reschedule and I got NO response.
Wow. Lori is the best! Found her on Groupon and scheduled a session. My back has been tense for years and I forgot what it was like to have a body that was stress-free. Lori was able to bring that back! She's incredibly patient and understanding, I will be coming regularly.
A bit of a rushed service due to Groupon scheduling. Decent massage, but felt her frustration from the busy day in the first few mins. She has a nice room in a long hallway of other cosmetologist and therapists, so it was a bit noisy. Overall Lori seems sweet, but just not the massage or place for me.
I went to Lori hoping that therapeutic massage might aleve pain and discomfort in my neck and shoulders that I hadn't been able to rid myself of in months of trying exercise, yoga, acupuncture, etc.. Firstly she was incredibly energetic and positive and obviously really enjoyed her work, she was very kind, and she relieved the pain! She is very methodical, very knowledgeable, and very skilled.
