She took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored the session to target my areas of tension. Her technique was both deeply relaxing and highly effective in relieving muscle tightness. Jen is amazing!! I’ve gone to her a couple times so far and will continue to. I’ve seen so many results with decreasing inflammation and so many other things. I highly recommend. It’s super relaxing.
