Gail is hands down the best! She is the only massage therapist I will see. She is very knowledgeable in different types of massage and so much more, to help with pain and relaxation. Her space is very welcoming and relaxing. I always feel comfortable and leave feeling so much better.
Gail is an experienced massage therapist and she continues to educate herself with new and increased levels of certification. The most recent addition to her therapy practice is Craniosacral Therapy. I had a session yesterday and was able to relax my body with ease and for a time all the little aches disappeared, and I feel great today!
