My understanding was that she was a little new as a massage therapist. Things were a little rushed. I could see a lot of great potential in her, but it would take a couple of days to get a call back for another appointment and after going through this threes times (first time I never even got a call back at all), I gave up. There's too many other therapists around town and I'm limited on time.
