Clap, clap for Paul Trantham! I went only because I had a special discount from Social Living. I chose Paul Trantham to cut and style my hair because he is the "master stylist" there. He did a fantastic job. The cut cost $75, which is about $25 more than I like to pay. BUT, I can definitely tell the difference between this cut and cuts I get from other name-brand salons around town. My pocketbook does not want me to return to this salon. But I think I am going to do so anyway, because I am so happy with my cut.
A Disaster Horrible experience. If you want somebody to get your hair screwed up beyond recognition - ask for Brian. And the salon has him as the lead colorist. I complete disaster. After the first visit, went back for him to get the color fixed - was supposed to be free of charge, BUT he charged me the full price. And guess what - may hair again looked like a total mess. NEVER AGAIN. In my opinion, the hype about this salon is all self-created. DO NOT TAKE YOUR HAIR NOR MONEY THERE.
