I booked an appointment online that took me to the building that says “massage blu” on it. Arrived, it was closed. I called the number on the website that seems to just be someone’s personal phone number because the lady answered with an abrupt “hello?”. That person directed me to the chiropractic office down the street. The signage on that building says to use the side door, but that door was locked. I booked a massage through ClassPass and was really looking forward to it, since the reviews praised this place of business, but when I arrived, I was told there was no record of my reservation. Even after showing my confirmation, the staff did not make any effort to accommodate me or show empathy for the situation. I was simply turned away.
