I booked a massage through ClassPass and was really looking forward to it, since the reviews praised this place of business, but when I arrived, I was told there was no record of my reservation. Even after showing my confirmation, the staff did not make any effort to accommodate me or show empathy for the situation. I was simply turned away. I look forward to my monthly Lymphatic Massage with Adrianna. I always feel so much better once she is done. I highly recommend her. She does a great job!
