One of the best massages I’ve ever had…and I’ve had many. Felt significantly lighter and invigorated after. I’ll be going back for sure!
Yesterday at 1pm I had a massage with a male therapist that was actually traumatic. He ignored my requests to stop, just kept telling me to relax and breathe. I ended up sobbing hysterically on the table - and he continued regardless. I now have significant bruising on my arms - one side is actually swollen. I worry for the future clients he may have. I would like to know what steps will be taken to address my concerns.
