Terrible massage. Did a 45 minute full body massage and only got 35. The old lady sat on a chair and put no pressure. Was all rushed. Also she used plastic gloves which felt shocking. Lastly she was burping constantly and stunk so bad
I had a really great massage from Anissa. She focussed on my problem areas and I felt much lighter after my treatment. Customer service overall was easy and quick when booking in the massage.
I had a very bad experience at this massage hall. The service was completely unprofessional and there was no respect shown toward customers. The facility itself was extremely dirty and poorly maintained, which made the environment very uncomfortable. On top of that, the music was excessively loud and not relaxing at all. One of the best massages I’ve ever had…and I’ve had many. Felt significantly lighter and invigorated after. I’ll be going back for sure!
Yesterday at 1pm I had a massage with a male therapist that was actually traumatic. He ignored my requests to stop, just kept telling me to relax and breathe. I ended up sobbing hysterically on the table - and he continued regardless. I now have significant bruising on my arms - one side is actually swollen. I worry for the future clients he may have. I would like to know what steps will be taken to address my concerns.
