I've been getting massages for years and Liz is one of the best, if not the best. And the bonus for me is, she's so close to home.
I cannot recommend Liz enough. Beyond the incredible message she delivers, Liz actually explains what certain areas of the body do/why they hurt and how to remedy it at home. The environment is serene and Liz’s delightful personality makes for a great experience.
Liz is an outstanding massage therapist. She is very knowledgeable and intuitive, and is informative about good practices to stay ahead of muscle pain. Cannot recommend her enough.
