When I went to book a massage, they had several openings for the day. I chose a time that was 2+ hours out. I received a confirmation and a text. I replied to that text that was sent to my phone. 15 minutes until the massage, I sent a 2nd and a 3rd text with no response. 10 minutes after the set appointment I called to see what was going on. They then proceeded to text me 5 minutes later saying, they see the appointment but have no one to send.
Mobile massage for the wife and I after 4 good ski days. Prompy and professional. Exactly what we needed to finalize a great trip!
Overpriced
Having a therapist from Massage Artistry come to my home in Sugar House felt like the ultimate luxury. She brought everything — a heated table, music, oils — and set it all up like a spa. I could literally just roll into bed afterward. I felt pampered, cared for, and completely at peace. This is self-care done right.
