Sarah has helped me through some serious muscular pain and stress. She is so intuitive and always finds the areas that need the most attention. If you want someone with strong hands who will help your muscles change and heal, I can’t recommend her enough.
I have been going to Sarah for over 10 years now. Sarah has this unique ability to listen to your body, and to allow for what is really needed, healing on a deeper level. She is able to provide deep tissue massage, able to heal knots and fascial issues, while still being calm, peaceful, and rhythmic. Sarah is one of the best massage therapists I've met, and is an amazing mom, and person. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything!
