The receptionist was very kind and even sent me a map when I couldn’t find the way. My original booking was at 10:00 with a male therapist, but since I preferred a female therapist, she kindly rescheduled me for 11:00. The service was excellent, and the massage therapist’s technique was also very good.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t know it was possible to have such a bad massage. First, the receptionist was so rude to a simple question I asked. Second, the guy who did the massage was TERRIBLE. Something kept scratching my neck — I don’t know if it was a ring or his nails 🤢. I mentioned it to him, but he didn’t seem to care. On top of that, he had zero technique and looked like he had no idea what he was doing. I never complain, but my recommendation is: DO NOT GO THERE, especially if you need to relax.
Visited with a friend while staying om the gold coast. Was amazing! Highly recommend 👌
I loved it. I had an older lady but unfortunately forgot to get her name - she gave a perfect “not too hard but not too soft” remedial massage.
