Vanessa is a life saver. I have seen chiropractors and PT in past who all eventually worked to some extent but I had immediate relief from back pain after 1st visit. After knocking out the severe inflamed issues we are slowly working through my other mobility issues.
I had been looking to seek some relief after an injury and I am so glad that I found Vanessa. Not only is she super knowledgeable, she also takes the time to explain everything which is something I really appreciated. Walking out of my appointment, I was so excited to finally feel some relief! I would highly recommend!
Incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, not only eases your aches and pains, but eases your mindset as well. Went in thinking I would just get a deep tissue massage and left with a wealth of knowledge tips to help me continue recovery at home and at the gym. Not your average spa massage, which is exactly what you're looking for when needing to tackle those nagging issues you can no longer mobilize your way out of anymore.
I know Vanessa from my gym. She is a great coach and even better massage therapist. Vanessa targets the area needing attention and works with you to prevent injury. I will definitely be stopping by again, and highly recommend her!
