Alexis is absolutely wonderful! I was having some pretty bad neck pain and she was able to get me back to normal and pain free. She's very friendly, kind and I would highly recommend her.
I met Alexis on a 300+ mile charity bike ride for Shield616. Alexis kindly volunteered her time to keep 34 riders in tune after long days in the saddle for 4 days. Personally, pinched nerves in my neck and sore trapezius muscles needed a lot of attention every day. In just 15 minutes a day Alexis was able to give me relief and release the tension to get me through another day. Thank you, Alexis for all your hard work and support on our ride!
