Bought a groupon for facial and massage as a gift to a friend. Had appointment booked for 1:15 pm on 2/18/16. Received a text message from our service provider 2 hours before the appointment that she needed to reschedule. We texted back to inform her that my friend had taken time off of work for this appointment and asking when the appointment would be rescheduled.
