Purchased a Groupon for this company. Followed instructions online which included setting up a membership account. No one at Massage Advantage contacted me, including any massage therapists. Have yet to receive a refund for both my membership fees and Groupon despite several email requests. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CAVEAT EMPTOR! I am exploring the possibility of legal action to get my money refunded. Wish I could rate them a 1/2 star!
I had a terrible experience. I was given a massage for a gift after I had my baby. I followed the instructions and nobody contacted me to make an appointment after several attempts of me trying to get them to. In the beginning I had to sign up for a membership in order to continue. After 5 months of me trying I called to cancel the membership and they did refund the whole amount I told them what happened and still no one helped me. I never got my massage. DONT USE THIS COMPANY
