Exceptional treatment & customer service
Showed up for my massage today at 4:45 and i wasn’t in their calendar. The receptionist says that sometimes online booking doesn’t work. No “I’m sorry for the confusion, can I book you another time” just “ you need to make certain you get the confirmation” and it’s not their fault. I get it, should have realized I didn’t receive the confirmation but zero customer service
